4,000 People from 120 Countries Observe Itikaf at Masjid Nabawi with Excellent Arrangements

Medina, 23 March – (www.deccanlive.com): During the last ten days of Ramadan, 4,000 worshippers from 120 countries participated in Itikaf at Masjid Nabawi under special arrangements.
According to the Saudi Press Agency, various facilities were provided for the worshippers, including full medical services, Iftar, dinner, Suhoor, mobile charging stations, and lockers for storing personal belongings.
For men, the Itikaf area was designated on the western roof section of the mosque, accessible via staircases 6 and 10. Women were allocated space in the northeastern section, with entry allowed through gates 24 and 25A.
Additional services included help desks, first aid centers, religious guidance sessions, and translation facilities in multiple languages. Each participant received a personal care kit and a special identification band for easy access to designated areas and better service delivery.
These arrangements aimed to provide a peaceful and comfortable environment for the worshippers, allowing them to focus on their prayers during the last ten days of Ramadan.
