Israeli Forces Brutally Kill 174 Innocent Palestinian Children in One Day

Gaza, 18 March – (PIC): The occupying Israeli forces, with the support of the United States and Western countries, carried out a horrific massacre against children in Gaza. On Tuesday, violent and bloody attacks targeting homes and shelters resulted in the martyrdom of 174 innocent Palestinian children.

According to reports from human rights organizations, Israeli forces targeted densely populated neighborhoods with airstrikes and artillery shelling, causing massive destruction. Entire families were wiped out, and the bodies of children were found in pieces under the rubble of their destroyed homes.

Ismail Thawabta, Director General of the Gaza Government Media Office, said that since Tuesday morning, Israeli forces have carried out intense airstrikes on homes of innocent civilians in Gaza. Over 400 people have been killed so far — this is the number of bodies that have reached hospitals, while many more victims remain trapped under the rubble.

During this brutal assault, Israeli forces martyred 174 children, 89 women, 32 elderly people, and 109 young men.

It has been confirmed that the number of martyrs from the categories of children, women, and elderly who have reached hospitals has reached 73% of the total martyrs.

Eyewitnesses in Gaza reported that “there is no safe place” because heavy Israeli bombing has targeted refugee camps and schools where children and their mothers were staying.

The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor confirmed that after analyzing the data of the victims, it was found that in several cases, entire families have been wiped out by Israeli attacks.

In a press release, the Palestinian Center for Human Rights (PCHR) stressed that the ongoing attacks are a clear violation of international law and a systematic war crime, especially targeting children, which amounts to organized genocide.
