10th Class Exams Start from March 21 in Telangana

Hyderabad, 20 March – (www.deccanlive.com): The 10th class annual exams will begin on March 21 and continue until April 4. A total of 5,09,403 students will take part, including 2,58,895 boys and 2,50,508 girls. Across the state, 2,650 exam centers have been set up.

Director of Government Exams, Krishna Rao, announced that all arrangements have been completed. Hall tickets have been sent to schools, and students can also download them online. A 24-hour helpline (040-23230942) is available for any exam-related issues.

Exam Timings and Rules:

  • Exams will be held from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
  • First Language (Composite Course) exam will be from 9:30 AM to 12:50 PM.
  • Science subjects (Physical Science & Biology) will be from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM.

Each question paper will have a QR code for verification. Students must check their details and inform the invigilator if there is any mistake. The answer booklet’s serial number must be written on the OMR sheet. Hall ticket numbers must be written on every page, but names and signatures are not allowed on the answer sheet.

Mobile phones and electronic devices are not allowed inside exam centers. Students will receive a 24-page answer booklet, and extra sheets will not be provided.

For conducting the exams smoothly, 2,650 Chief Superintendents (CS), 281 District Education Officers (DEOs), and 28,100 invigilators have been assigned. Students will get a 5-minute grace period, but they are advised to reach the exam center at least 30 minutes early.
