Haj 2025 Recap: India’s Strong Support for Pilgrims

In June 2025, Indian pilgrims successfully participated in the Haj rituals, including the most important one — Wuquf-e-Arafat at Mount Arafat near Mecca, Saudi Arabia.

To help pilgrims, even those who were sick or in hospitals, the Indian Medical Mission arranged special buses and ambulances so that everyone could perform the ritual on time.

India’s Consul General in Jeddah, Mr. Fahad Ahmed Khan Suri, confirmed the safe arrival of Indian pilgrims and praised the coordination between Indian and Saudi authorities.
