Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme: Good News for Unemployed – Offline Applications Also Accepted Now

Hyderabad, 6 April (www.deccanlive.com): To create employment opportunities for unemployed youth in Telangana, the Revanth Reddy government has launched a new and important scheme called Rajiv Yuva Vikasam. Through this scheme, the government will provide financial support for self-employment to unemployed youth belonging to SC, ST, BC, and Minority communities.
Until now, applications for this scheme were accepted only online. But due to technical issues, the government has now decided to accept applications offline as well. Guidelines for offline applications have been released.
How to Apply Offline:
The government has released a sample application form for those who want to apply offline. Applicants will need to provide details for 27 sections in the form. Important documents to attach include:
- Aadhaar card
- Caste certificate
- Income certificate
- If the applicant is physically challenged, they must also attach the disability certificate.
After filling out the form, applicants must submit it at:
- Mandal Praja Seva Kendram (MPDO office)
- Municipal Commissioner’s office, or
- Zonal Commissioner’s office
After reviewing the applications, eligible candidates will be selected. The selected beneficiaries will receive the approval documents on June 2, which is Telangana Formation Day.

- The last date to apply has been extended from April 5 to April 15.
- Under this scheme, youth from families with annual income up to ₹1.5 lakh (rural) and ₹2 lakh (urban) are eligible for financial aid ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹4 lakhs.
