Jordan, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia Reject Trump’s Plan to Expel Palestinians

Riyadh, 12 February – (DeccanLive.com): Jordan, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia have rejected U.S. President Donald Trump’s plan to expel Palestinians.
Egypt announced a comprehensive plan for the reconstruction of Gaza without displacing Palestinians.
The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that they are looking forward to cooperating with President Trump in reaching a comprehensive and just peace in the region.
Jordan’s King Abdullah reaffirmed his rejection of the expulsion of Palestinians from Gaza during a meeting with Trump. He stated that the only path to peace and regional stability is based on a two-state solution.
King Abdullah mentioned that Jordan will take actions that are in the best interest of the country, including bringing 2,000 sick Palestinian children from Gaza to Jordan.
Meanwhile, under the leadership of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the Saudi Cabinet also rejected the forced expulsion of Palestinians. The Cabinet condemned Israeli statements and declared that the two-state solution is the foundation for lasting peace in the region.
