Hyderabad Zoo to Reopen Night Safari Soon – A New Experience for Visitors

Hyderabad, 15 July – (www.deccanlive.com): Good news for people of Hyderabad! The Nehru Zoological Park is getting ready to relaunch its popular night safari experience. The Central Zoo Authority of India (CZAI) has recently lifted the ban on night safaris, and now Hyderabad Zoo is preparing to resume this exciting feature for the public.
Although the plan is still in its early stages, zoo officials expect the night safari to be available to the public by next year. The safari is expected to run from 6 PM to 11 PM, allowing visitors to observe nocturnal animals in their natural behavior, which is usually not visible during the day.
Nehru Zoological Park, established in 1963 and located near Mir Alam Tank, is home to around 2,240 animals. These include mammals, birds, reptiles, and amphibians. The zoo is known for offering a natural environment for animals and is also a favorite stop for migratory birds.
With the launch of the night safari, visitors will get a unique chance to witness animals that are active at night, making it a special attraction for tourists and locals alike. This move is expected to take wildlife experiences in Hyderabad to the next level, offering a fresh and exciting dimension to zoo visits.
