Israel’s Hunger War Kills Another Innocent Baby in Gaza

Gaza, 18 July – (www.deccanlive.com): The Israeli occupation continues its brutal siege and starvation policy in Gaza, claiming another innocent life. On Thursday afternoon, a baby named Zain Ahmad Al-Duraimili from the Zaitoun area of Gaza City died due to hunger and lack of food.
This is not just the death of a baby—it is a heartbreaking reminder and a question to the conscience of the world. Zain’s death is another chapter in the genocide that Israel has imposed on the unarmed and trapped people of Gaza.
According to Zaher Al-Wahidi, head of the Health Information Unit in the Ministry of Health, 67 children have died in Gaza due to malnutrition and lack of medicine so far.
He added that since March 2025, over 10 children have died from hunger and lack of treatment, and hundreds more are at serious risk of death.
Doctors working in Gaza hospitals have warned that many infants are in severe danger because Israel’s blockade has stopped the supply of baby milk and essential medicines. These children also lack proper medical care, which is extremely needed during this deadly war.
Health experts, human rights groups, and international organizations have repeatedly warned the world about this situation, but the criminal silence of the global community has allowed Israel to continue its inhumane policy.
Since March 2, Israel has completely closed all border crossings into Gaza. No food or medicine is being allowed to enter. According to the latest United Nations reports, Gaza is now on the edge of full-scale famine.
