Fighter Plane Crashes in Rajasthan’s Churu, Burning Debris Found Over Large Area

Churu, 9 July – (www.deccanlive.com): A fighter plane of the Indian Air Force crashed on Wednesday in Churu district, Rajasthan. The crash happened near Ratangarh town. The burning debris of the plane was spread over a large area.
Two Dead Bodies Found
Two bodies were recovered from the crash site. The aircraft was a two-seater Jaguar fighter jet, which had taken off from the Suratgarh Airbase. It had two pilots on board.
Local people in Ratangarh reported hearing a loud noise and then saw debris falling from the sky. The wreckage caught fire and was scattered across nearby fields.
Police and Officials at the Scene
Police and emergency teams reached the location quickly and started efforts to extinguish the fire. The Rajaldesar Police Station SHO Kamlesh said the crash happened around 1:25 PM in the fields near Bhanoda village. Human body parts were also found at the scene.
Panic Among Villagers
People in the village heard a big explosion and then saw a cloud of smoke in the sky. Many rushed to the site in fear and shock. A large crowd gathered, and police had to secure the area.
Officials have requested the public to stay calm and not spread rumors.
