Telangana SSC Maths Paper Leak 2025: Another Exam Paper Leaked, Questions Shared on WhatsApp
Hyderabad, 27 March – (www.deccanlive.com): In Telangana, SSC public exams started on March 21 and will continue until April 4. However, a major controversy arose on the first day when the Telugu exam paper was leaked. Before this issue settled, another paper leak incident was reported.
The Mathematics question paper was found circulating on social media. Authorities confirmed that the paper was leaked from a government school in Jukkal, Kamareddy district. On March 26, questions from the Maths exam were copied onto a piece of paper and sent outside, with answer slips distributed to students inside the exam hall, leading to mass cheating.
Following an investigation, officials, including the Banswada Sub-Collector and police, confirmed the leak. The Chief Superintendent, Department Officer, and an invigilator were suspended. Seven people were arrested in connection with the leak.
Authorities suspect some teachers leaked the paper to ensure 100% pass rates in certain schools. Despite strict warnings from higher officials against malpractices and paper leaks, repeated incidents have raised concerns.
