Gaza Genocide Enters Day 650: Bombing, Hunger, and Destruction Continue
Gaza, 17 July – (PIC): The Israeli army’s ongoing genocide in Gaza has now reached 650 days. Like every day, today also began with bomb explosions, destroyed homes, dead bodies lying uncovered, and hungry, crying children. With open support from the United States, silence from the world, and inaction from human rights defenders, Israel is continuing its mission to wipe Gaza off the map.
The Israeli military is carrying out non-stop shelling, airstrikes, and destruction of homes. Millions of Palestinians are now living without basic needs, under the open sky.
Since Thursday morning, at least 20 Palestinians have been killed and dozens injured due to Israeli attacks.
- In Beit Lahia, Raed Khaled Ghbayen, a released prisoner, was killed in an airstrike.
- In Khan Younis (Al-Mawasi area), Hassan Ahmed Rizq Al-Shaer, who was injured earlier, succumbed to his wounds.
- In Northern Gaza (Al-Touam area), 8 civilians guarding aid supplies were targeted and killed.
- In Gaza City (Al-Nasr Street), a bombing near the Bahlul Petrol Pump killed 2 people and injured 2 more.
- In Al-Bureij Camp, a strike on Abu Helo School killed 5 people, including:
– Bakr Ahmed Al-Qurainawi (Al-Shaqri)
– Mohammed Ahmed Al-Qurainawi (Al-Shaqri)
– Um Atiyah Abu Arab and her daughter.
Several homes in eastern Gaza City and Khan Younis were also destroyed. In Al-Zaytoun, near the Imam Shafi School, a flat was bombed, killing 3 members of the Abu Hein family. In Jabalia, many homes were demolished in explosions.
With full U.S. support, Israel continues to destroy Gaza. According to the Palestinian Health Ministry:
- 58,573 people have been killed
- 139,607 are injured
- Over 11,000 are missing
- Dozens have died from starvation and famine
- Millions are forced to live in tents
Since breaking the ceasefire on March 18, 2025, Israel has killed 7,750 more Palestinians and injured 27,566.
Since May 27, when Israel began targeting aid centers, they have:
- Killed 851 people
- Injured 5,634
- Left 39 missing
These attacks are being carried out under the false label of “Gaza Humanitarian Foundation”, which is actually a cover plan by Israel and the U.S. to disguise genocide as humanitarian work.
So far, Israel has:
- Killed 1,582 medical workers
- Killed 115 civil defense workers
- Killed 220 women
- Killed 754 aid workers
There have been over 15,000 mass killings. Around 14,000 families have been affected — of which 2,500 families were completely wiped out.
According to UN and local reports, Israel has:
- Destroyed 88% of Gaza’s buildings
- Caused over \$62 billion in damages
- Taken control of 77% of Gaza
Further destruction includes:
- 149 schools/universities fully destroyed
- 369 partially destroyed
- 828 mosques completely destroyed
- 167 mosques partially destroyed
- Out of 60 cemeteries, 19 have been flattened
These were not just buildings — they were homes, dreams, and lives full of love.
The silence of the world has sealed the fate of the innocent. Palestine is crying, but the world’s ears are shut and hearts are numb.
