Six Family Members Mysteriously Go Missing Overnight in Bowenpally, Secunderabad

Hyderabad, 5 April (www.deccanlive.com): A strange incident has come to light in Bowenpally, Secunderabad, where six members of the same family have gone missing overnight. The family was living in a rented house in the area. The incident was reported to the police on Thursday night by one of their relatives, after which an investigation was launched.
The missing persons include Dandla Uma, her husband Mahesh, their three children aged 6 years, 4 years, and 9 months, and Uma’s sister Sandhya. According to the police, on the night of April 3, the family left their house along with their belongings and informed the house owner that they were vacating the premises.
CCTV footage from the area shows the family heading towards Mahatma Gandhi Bus Station (MGBS). Bowenpally SHO Lakshmi Narayana Reddy stated that the police are now reviewing camera footage near MGBS for further clues.
Mahesh, who worked as an operator at a local water supply unit on daily wages, was living with his wife and children in New Bowenpally. On April 2, Uma’s sister Sandhya had come to visit them from Medchal. On the morning of April 3, the landlord informed Uma’s brother that the family had vacated the house during the night.
Family members initially searched for them at familiar places and contacted friends, but after finding no trace, they approached the police. A missing persons case has been registered, and efforts are ongoing to trace the family.
